Join us for a fun and relaxing yoga and mindfulness class! Students will explore gentle stretches, fundamental poses, and breathing exercises to calm the body and focus the mind. Each class includes movement, breathwork, and mindfulness activities to rest and recharge after a busy day at school.
The class is led by Mrs. McGinnis, a certified yoga instructor with a special focus on trauma-informed yoga for children. Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. Mats will be provided. This class has a maximum of 15 students.
