The Green Team is a passionate group of Half Day students whose mission is to inspire and empower our learning community around sustainability. We will identify and implement solutions to help our school operate in a more environmentally sustainable way. This session our group will implement TerraCycling, sorting the normally non-recyclable waste items from school lunch, to be sent to TerraCycle and made into useable items. Green Team members will create a winter bird feeder in our own "makerspace" with recycled household items.Come share your ideas and become a Green Team ambassador! This class has a maximum number of 16 students. This class has a $15 material fee per student.
