According to Harvard Medical School, “In positive psychology research, gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.” So let’s continue to set up our kids for success by teaching them to thoughtfully practice gratitude! Each week we will read and discuss the power of gratitude. Then use our creativity to display this feeling for Sprague school community member(s). Students will see first hand how their kind and thoughtful actions affect others and even themselves!
